About Us

The history of the Wandering La Vignes goes back to 2002, when Justin and Patrice met at a hiking club in Arizona. They dated, married and had successful, growing careers. Justin worked in municipal parks and recreation, while Patrice’s career has always been focused on writing, whether it be medical communications or adventure features. For many years, it was a very status quo life. But, in 2011, they opted for a change. The catalyst was thru hiking the Appalachian Trail. Since 2011, they have worn many hats, merging their respective careers and talents to create a life fueled by their love of the outdoors in which they can work and play together. This is the life less ordinary created by Justin and Patrice.
